Egg Sandwiches for lunch. (Too soon?) haha

We've just had an awesome day and after the 2nd egg was gathered this a.m., we decided to commemorate it by eating our favorite mid-day meal, fried eggs sandwiches.

The first two eggs were the honorees. Luke did the honors by cracking them onto the griddle.

Tasty! I can't wait to have dozens more!
